Pacific Pontoon & Pier designed the marina for the prestigious Versace hotel on the Gold Coast Australia.
This marina caters for boats up to 32 Metres in length. A freeboard of 500mm was chosen to cater for ease of use.
Along with the marina Pacific Pontoon & Pier constructed the boardwalk, complete with stairways, full waterside perimeter 6 metre width for public access.
The marina also incorporated a floating office for the marina manager.
KBR – an engineering subsidiary company of Halliburton were the consulting engineers.
